Our roses and our preserved materials come directly from the farm and the manufacturers. We have collaborated with the farms and the manufacturers to get the best quality that our clients can enjoy. We get the best roses that are cut at the right time to achieve premium-quality roses.Our roses are procured fresh, they are handpicked and cut at their most beautiful blooming stage. These roses then go through a preservation process which allows them to maintain their natural appearance and soft touch. The preservation process allows the roses to last a year or even longer. Our roses have a luxurious fragrance to them which is our original at Ambience Bloom.
We provide standard and expedited shipping for all products to any address within the domestic US. The products should be received depending on the delivery method selected when placing the order and the item once accepted by one of our major logistics partners. However, please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Military and Restricted areas and all naval ports. Our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely.
Shipping fees are applicable except for any ongoing sale or special campaigns and only during the time period specified. Free shipping during the sale or special campaigns is valid only for standard shipping method, all expedited shipping are paid by the customer.
For all expedited shipping orders, shipping fees will be calculated at order checkout and will be paid by the customer.
All order placed from Monday to Friday (excluding US public holidays) will be processed and shipped the next day upon confirmation of payment from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
Local Deliveries
There are 2 options available for customer, Standard and Express delivery
Standard delivery – For all domestic orders it takes approximately 5-7 working days to reach you from the time of order.
Express delivery – is available at an additional charge that will be displayed at the time of order and will be paid by the customer and it takes approximately 3 working days to reach you from the time of order.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your Order Tracking Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
International Deliveries
We do not ship our products to International locations. Any order placed with an International shipping address will be rejected.
We accept payments with VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards, Shop Pay and PayPal. We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers. Any other form of payment will not be accepted.
The heel is so elegant and beautiful, and the size makes it perfect on a vanity space. The scent of this single flower design is also the perfect amount on my vanity. Would be such a special gift! Love it!!
