I would suggest that when seller releases item to post office, she let the buyer know.
My item didn’t update until it made it to my city. Which is clearly the post office’s fault. But if I had proof it was taken to post office, I wouldn’t have kept bothering the seller. Not sure if she had this experience before, but now that she know my experience, she maybe can share it with future customers, letting them know “I printed label and took item to post office (give address)” and let them know sometimes they may not update their system, but it is out of my hands. She maybe even want to give the time she took it to post office or include a photo of where she’s leaving it. Again, I know the postal service has issues, but if she go the extra mile, it’ll make customers appreciate her gesture.
